Because Plaintiff did not deny that responsive e-mails may have existed at one point, the Court thought it appropriate, under F.R.C.P. 34(b), to allow Defendant’s computer forensics expert to inspect Plaintiff’s computers for responsive information, with the examination to be done at Defendant’s expense.
